Configuring your rate plans is an essential driver of your hotel’s commercial success. A well-thought-out rate plan structure does more than just set prices: it clarifies exactly what is included for each offer, aligns expectations between your team and your guests, and makes it easier to manage distribution across all channels. When rate plans are configured correctly, you gain clearer insight into performance, can segment guests more effectively, and can respond faster to changes in demand with the right pricing and packages.

Configure the free item to a rate plan
  •  In the related Rate plan setting scroll down to the applicable field Free Items Package:
  • Click the small arrow to open the list of available items for this rate plan, then select the items you want to include:

 

  • Hit SAVE to make the change:

A single rate plan can include a mix of both payable and complimentary items.

Items on OTA's:
It is the hotel’s responsibility to configure any additional items on the booking channels (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) so that the package offer is clear from the Channel's side as well.  Noovy only transmits the room rate itself to these channels.
