A room will be automatically set to dirty immediately after a reservation is checked-out. Without changing it to clean manually, check-in will not be possible as to avoid guests entering a physical dirty room.
In Noovy it takes just a few steps to get to the Room Calendar where changing the status is a mere 1 click away.
- Hoover your mouse to the side bar and click on Room Calendar
- In the Room Calendar look for the room(s) you would like to change the status for
- Simply click on the dot in front of the room number. (Red dots are for status Dirty and green is for status Clean)
- Clicking on it will change the colour (and therefore the status) instantly

one needs to be assured of the actual status by checking physically or by consulting the housekeeper prior changing it in the system!
