How do I manually send a confirmation?

Guests might ask to re-send a confirmation, or perhaps they would like their travel companion to receive one as well. Here is how to send a confirmation in less than a minute.

In the booking list, behind each booking you will find the "more action" button. Clicking on the three dots that represents tis action will result in a pop up with a few actions to choose from:

Choose "Send E-mail"

In the next pop up screen you will be able to choose the booker's email address which is attached to the bookers profile, i.e. the email address that is in the reservation. Or you can send the confirmation to a different email address if requiered

Click on booker email, or type an email address in the Other Email option. (it might be needless to mention that you need to be cautious and accurate to send the confirmation to the right recipient!)

Choose the confirmation that is applicable and click Save

 

The confirmation will be received by the recipient very shortly.
