How to install Noovy door locks?

Get ready for a quick and easy installation

Noovy door locks are designed to be easy to install either by the hotelier or by our professional installation team (additional fees may apply). In most cases, the lock can be mounted on the door without any modifications. However, in some situations, minor adjustments to the door may be required.

The software setup and configuration will always be handled by the Noovy team.

This article is meant to help prepare for installation and to serve as a step-by-step guide during the process for a smooth and quick setup.

📦 What's Included in the Box?

Each box contains one lock unit, including all necessary hardware for installation.

🪫 Please note:
4x AA batteries are required per lock and are not included.
Battery lifespan is typically 2–3 years, depending on frequency of use.

The technical drawings below show the dimensions of the Noovy lock for reference and door compatibility.

🛠 Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Follow the instructions in the installation video above, and refer to the steps outlined below:

1. Mount the interior unit of the lock on the inside of the door.

2. Insert the cylinder into the door.

3. Connect the cable to the front (exterior) part of the lock.

4. Place the front panel on the outside of the door.

5. Connect the cable to the rear (interior) part of the lock.

6. Attach the back panel on the inside of the door.

7. Insert 4x AA batteries to power the lock.
