This option can be used when you have a request for a specific room or for a room feature (balcony, king size bed)
Follow the steps:
1. Identify the segment of the reservation that you want to use the lock function on.
2. After you see the reservation you want to lock, click on the segment of the reservation.
3. When the pop-up window shows up, identify the icon that looks like a locker and click on it.
4. After you click on it, the locker will become red and a confirmation message will show up and let you know that the process was successful.
5. Now you can see in the room calendar that the reservation is blocked in the room you wanted and a red locker will appear also on the reservation segment to let you know that it is blocked.
Important information!
- When a reservation is blocked in a specific room, it can't be moved with the drag & drop method or by any method, you need first to unlock the room using the same steps.
- Note that the room can be unlocked just by the one who blocked it in the first place.
