How to send a Reservation Notification?

Sending an Automatic Reservation Notification to Confirm the Booking.

A reservation confirmation serves as a crucial tool to inform clients that their reservation has been successfully processed.

This guide will walk you through the process of sending an automatic reservation notification, confirming the booking.

  1. Creating a Manual Booking:

    • During the manual booking creation process, on the last page, you'll find a small box labeled "Send Notification."
  2. Opting to Send Notification:

    • If you choose to enable the "Send Notification" option, the system will automatically dispatch the reservation confirmation to the guest's email upon confirmation, as illustrated below:

     

  3. Important Reminder: if you decide not to select the "Send Notification" box during manual booking creation, no confirmation will be sent to the guest.
