How to send an email to a guest?

Guests might ask to re-send a confirmation, or perhaps they would like their travel companion to receive one as well. Here is how to send a confirmation in less than a minute.

In the booking list, behind each booking, you will find the "more action" button. Clicking on the three dots that represent this action will result in a pop-up with a few actions to choose from:

  • Choose "Send E-mail"

  • In the upcoming pop-up screen, the email address of the booker will be pre-filled for your convenience. You have the option to edit this address if needed, and you can also include additional email addresses in the Cc and Bcc fields.

  • Select the appropriate template and language for your needs.

  • To incorporate images or files, click on the icons located in the bottom left corner.

  • You can easily customize the email template by clicking on the symbol provided below.

  • You will receive a new pop-up featuring the template along with all available options for updates. Once you have made your selections and are ready to proceed, click on Send.
