Notification Center in Noovy

This guide explains how to configure the notification center for an existing user. The notification center allows you to customize notification preferences for various events, enabling or disabling them as needed. Follow these steps to access and configure the notification center.

Navigate to the Profiles Section

In the left panel, go to Profiles.

Access the User’s Notification Center

Locate the specific user in the list and click the pen icon on the far right side of their profile row.
A panel will open from the right side displaying the user’s general information. Scroll to the lower part of the panel to find the Notification Center.

Configure Notification Options

In the Notification Center, a menu displays various notification types with options to toggle them on or off. You can customize the combination of notifications based on the user’s needs.

  • New Group Booking 

  • Checked-out 

  • OOO (Out Of Order) Created

E-mail Notifications

  • Adding and removing room

  • Adding and removing of an item

  • Adding and removing group

  • Name change

  • Adding and removing a provider

  • Adding and removing persons

  • Adding and removing provider number

  • Change in rates

  • Allocate a room and any amendment of the allocation

  • Adding and removing from credit card

  • Check-in

  • New Reservations

  • Check-out

  • Cancellation of the reservation


Enable or disable each option by toggling the corresponding switch to match the user’s preferences. In the upper panel, you can select whether to send push notifications, display notifications in the panel, or enable both options.

Save or Cancel Changes

  • Click Save to apply the selected notification settings.

  • Click Cancel to discard any changes and close the panel without saving.
