In this article you can find the functionalities that you can use in the Housekeeping Report.
First of all, to access the Housekeeping Report, you go to the Menu bar from the left, go to the Reports section, and then identify the one called Housekeeping.
*The Housekeeping Report is standard displayed for the current date with the information that you have in the system at the moment of checking.
In the main view of the report, after you click on it, you will see the following:
- On the top of the report, you will see the occupancy status of the rooms in your hotel as follows:
- Check out free -
- Stay Over - how many stay-overs you have (the guest is in the house)
- Out of order - how many rooms are out of order on that day
- Check out Occupied -
- Dirty - how many rooms are dirty
- Clean - how many rooms are clean
- Inside the report you can see the following:
- Number of rooms
- Status (clean/dirty)
- Room type
- Occupancy Status (the one from above)
- Number of nights
- Booking number
- Guest name
- Arrival date
- Departure date
In the right part of the report, you can find the filter button of the report, and by clicking on it, a pop-up will appear so you will be able to sort the report.
- When the pop-up filter is displayed, the things you can sort by are the following:
- Date of the report
- Occupancy Status
- Housekeeping Status
- Allocation Status
- Room type
- Floor
- Building
- Nights
- Stayed
- Total nights
- Reset
