How to cancel a group booking?

Although cancellations are not desired, unfortunately they are inevitable. You can read how to cancel a group booking in this article.

• In the menu choose Bookings and go to the tab Group Bookings:
  
• Open the group booking you would like to cancel by clicking on the square+arrow symbol , or by searching the booking in the filter: 
  
• In the booking page of the group booking go to General details and open this by clicking on the eye symbol:
  
• In the pop up screen that appears click on the edit button (pen symbol) 
  
• In the field 'Status' choose Cancelled:
  
• Hit Save to change the status to Cancelled:
  
  
  
• A pop up will appear shortly to show yu that you have successfully changed the General Details setting:
