Access the Booking

Open the desired booking for which you want to send the credit card authorization link.

Locate the Booker Information

Find the section displaying the booker’s details.

Initiate the Authorization Process

Click the Add Booker Card icon next to the booker’s name.

Send the Authorization Link

In the panel that opens on the right side, click the Add Card via Link button.

Verify that the correct Email address is provided.

Optionally, include a personalized guest message.

Send the authorization link to the booker.

Booker’s Next Steps

The booker will receive an Email with instructions on how to enter their credit card details and authorize the hotel to charge it.
