The Housekeeping Planner report helps you efficiently organize both your staffing and inventory needs for upcoming periods.

The Housekeeping Planner can be found in the main menu under Reports - Housekeeping Planner:

To see the details for a specific date range, select the period in the date range picker:

The Housekeeping Planner is a straightforward report:

Details explained:

 Section A:

• Departures - the departing amount of rooms () and guests ()for that day.
• Arrivals - the arriving amount of  rooms () and guests ()for that day.
• Stay Overs - the number of rooms () and guests () staying over—those who have stayed the previous night and will remain for another night on that date.
• Total Sold - The number of arrival + Stay Overs combined.

 Section B:

• The dates and days of the week.
  
  

 Section C:

• Totals - of the details in A for the period selected.
