Mobile App Improvements:
  • You can now update yesterday’s rates directly in the mobile app’s calendar.
  • The mobile app now lets you use both commas and dots when entering prices in payment and extras screens.
  • The status change buttons for tasks in the app now have clearer names like Accept, Start, or Done, making it easier to understand what action to take.
 
 
Rule engine improvements:
  • The system now automatically recalculates rules and updates events when a booking is changed, so everything stays up to date.
  • The system now automatically checks all bookings when a rule is changed, making sure the right actions happen for each booking.
  • There is a new way for the system to receive notifications and trigger actions at the right time.
  • The system can now create scheduled events based on rules and their conditions.
  • The main service loop for handling scheduled events is now in place, making sure events are processed on time.
  • You can now manage scheduled events (create, update, delete) more easily.
  • The system now supports more detailed timing for when rules can be executed.
  • A new PHP SDK is available for easier integration with the event scheduler.
  • Improvements to the deployment process make it easier to launch and monitor the service.
  • Logging has been improved for better tracking and troubleshooting.
  • The system now has a warm-up process to make sure all scheduled events are ready when the service starts.

Manual group bookings
 
  • Now allow you to set the number of items (like meals or extras) more easily, and meal plans are no longer shown as options in step 2 of the group booking form.

     
Integration:
  • Integration with Nonius is now available, allowing new connections and features for supported hotels.
  • Airbnb migration enforcement ensures all connections use the latest API and webhook versions, improving reliability.
  • The Nonius service now shows the reservation status (such as checked-in, checked-out, cancelled) in responses.
  • Added a new service configuration for Nonius, making it easier to set up and manage
  • Airbnb integration updated to use the latest API version, ensuring continued support and compatibility.

 

TTLock:

  • The system now supports key cards for TTLock, making it easier to manage digital and physical keys.

  • The keylock integration has been updated to support multiple vendors, improved settings management, and easier key generation and lock monitoring.

  • You no longer need to enter the device name when saving a keylock encoder; this is now handled automatically.

  • The “Send Code” checkbox will be temporarily hidden after manual check-in until the new logic is ready.

Miscellaneous:
  • The system now checks marketplace settings before sending digital keys after online check-in.

  • The payment link now correctly calculates the amount based on who is paying (guest or company) .
  • Added a new permission so Kiosk users can check in or out even if the balance is unpaid.

  • Front Desk and Front Desk Manager roles can now view email templates and send emails by default.
  • Fix SiteMinder Remarks: Reservations will now correctly include special notes, such as “Rose Petals,” when imported
