How to Change the Room Rate of a Booking?

In some cases the rate in  a specific booking needs to be changed. If you have the user permission to change rates, you are able to do so in a few steps.

 

⚠️Caution:

Be aware of the consequences when daily prices are changed for OTA (Online Travel Agents Channel) bookings as there are commissions at play, the guest has a confirmed rate that should not be changed. 

 

  • On the Booking Page of the concerning booking you would like to change prices for, go to the Room/Allocation section and click on the More button (eye symbol) :

 

  • In the pop up screen that appears you are able to change the price under the Rate Price column.
    *If there are multiple rooms in one booking, make sure to choose the correct room you need to change the rates for:

  • Hit Save to finalise the change:

 

  • A temporary message will show you if the price change has been successfully processed:
