In some cases the rate in a specific booking needs to be changed. If you have the user permission to change rates, you are able to do so in a few steps.
⚠️Caution:
Be aware of the consequences when daily prices are changed for OTA (online Travel Agents Channel) bookings as there are commissions at play, plus the guest has a confirmed rate that should not be changed.

On the booking page of the concerning booking you would like to change prices for, go to the Room/Allocation section and click on the More button (eye symbol) :
- In the pop up screen that appears you are able to change the price under the Rate Price column.
If there are multiple rooms in one booking, make sure to choose the correct room you need to change the rates for:
- Hit Save to finalise the change:
- A temporary message will show you if the price change has been successfully processed:
