How to connect Noovy to your extranet(s)

To enable Noovy to access and manage reservations from external booking platforms, permission must first be granted. While some OTAs allow multiple user accounts per venue, others do not. This guide outlines how to give Noovy access where possible — including a step-by-step walkthrough for Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda/YCS

Note: For platforms that do not support multiple users, Noovy will require your primary login credentials to complete the integration process smoothly.

Booking.com

1. Log into the Booking.com Extranet
2. Click the My Profile icon.


3. Select Create and Manage Users
4. Click Add a User


5. Complete the required fields.
6. Make sure to grant access to support@noovy.com


Expedia

1. Log into the Expedia Extranet
2. Go to Administration > Users
3. Select Invite Users


4. Fill in the requested details.
5. Use support@noovy.com

Agoda/YCS

1. Log into the Agoda/YCS Extranet
2. Navigate to Settings > User Management


3. Click Add a New User


4. Fill in the required fields.
5. Assign access using the email support@noovy.com
