How to Connect the Terminal to your Wi-Fi
You have chosen to work with the Stripe Payment Terminal and you will not regret it. Having guests settle their room bill is quick, safe and easy. Before we send the terminal we will have connected it for you already to Stripe. The only thing left for you to do is connect it to your Wi-Fi.
Connecting your new
Stripe Payment Terminal to your Wi-Fi

- Switch the terminal on using the button on the right side. The terminal may take 30 seconds to load.
- When you see the Noovy screen: swipe to the right with your finger to access the Settings.
- Click on ‘Settings’.
- Enter the admin PIN code: 07139.
- In Admin Options: click on ‘Wifi Settings’.
- Choose the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password.
- Click on ‘Connect’.
- Wi-Fi will now be connected.
- The terminal is ready to use.
⚙️🔧 Troubleshooting
If you have trouble connecting, the cause may be a firewall preventing the terminal from accessing your Wi‑Fi. Please test to check this by connecting the terminal to a Mobile phone Hotspot. If the connection is established a firewall most likely is causing the issue of not connecting to your property's Wi-Fi.
