How to create a task?

How to Create a Task

  1. Access the Tasks Function in two possible locations,
    • Within the Task Menu
      Navigating through the message menu and Click on "Create New Task"


    • Within a Booking
      Locate the Task Button in the upper section of a Booking and click on "Create New Task."




  2. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter all the necessary information for the task, such as:

    • Working Title: Give your task a clear and concise title.
    • Priority: Set the urgency level (e.g., low, medium, or high).
    • Description: Add a brief description if needed. (optional)
  3. Set Up the Time or Time Frame: Specify when the task needs to be completed by setting the exact date and time or a time frame.

  4. Assign a Reservation or Room to the task by completing the required fields displayed.

  5. Assign the Task to a group (such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, etc.) or a specific person within your hotel.

  6. Attach Files to the task if relevant, such as images, documents, or instructions.(optional)

  7. Add Tags to help categorize tasks. (optional)

  8. Click the "Save" button To finalize and store the task you have created
