How to create a user for Noovy Support on your Online Travel Agent's extranet(s)
To provide Noovy Support with access to manage reservations from external booking platforms, a user should be added to the relevant OTA extranet. While some OTAs support multiple user accounts per property, others have more restricted access. This guide details how to grant Noovy Support access where possible, including step-by-step instructions for Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda/YCS.
📝Note:
For platforms that do not support multiple users, Noovy will require your primary login credentials to complete the integration process smoothly.
Booking.com
- Log into the Booking.com Extranet
- Click the My Profile icon.

- Select Create and Manage Users
- Click Add a User

- Complete the required fields
- Make sure to grant access to support@noovy.com
Expedia
- Log into the Expedia Extranet
- Go to Administration > Users
- Select Invite Users

- Fill in the requested details
- Use support@noovy.com
Agoda/YCS
- Log into the Agoda/YCS Extranet
- Navigate to Settings > User Management

- Click Add a New User

- Fill in the required fields
- Assign access using the email support@noovy.com
