How to login into Noovy?

This article introduces the system's login screen and walks you through accessing your account securely. As your initial point of contact with the platform, the login screen is designed to protect your property management data while providing a seamless start to your Noovy experience.

Designed to be user-friendly and visually clear, providing a seamless start to your Noovy experience. It offers an intuitive interface with clearly labeled fields for account name, username, and password, as well as helpful icons and prompts to guide you through the process.

Each element is thoughtfully arranged to ensure quick and straightforward access, whether you're logging in as a first-time user or managing daily hotel operations.

The layout emphasizes simplicity and accessibility, allowing staff at all experience levels to sign in with confidence and efficiency.

  • Open the Login Page: 
    Access the Login Page through your web browser.
  • Account Name Field:
    Enter the name associated with your account that was provided upon the Onboarding process.
  • User Name Field:
    Enter your unique username.
  • Password Field: 
    Enter your password. For security, the characters are masked as you type.
  • Eye Icon (Password Field): 
    Clicking this icon shows or hides your password so you can check your entry.
  • "Forgot Password?" Link: 
    Click this link to initiate the password recovery process if you have forgotten your password.
  • "Log In" Button: 
    Click this button to access the system.
  • Version Number:
    The current version of the PMS system (e.g., V17.0.0-BI) is displayed at the bottom right corner of the screen. This information is helpful for troubleshooting and support purposes.

🚨Troubleshooting:

  • Incorrect Credentials: If you enter an incorrect account name, username, or password, you will receive an error message. Double-check your credentials and try again.
  • Forgot Password: If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset it.
