How to send an E-mail confirmation to a guest?
Guests might ask to re-send a confirmation, or perhaps they would like their travel companion to receive one as well. Here is how to send a confirmation in less than a minute.
You can choose from multiple options when sending an email confirmation:
- From the Booking list
- From the Booking page
- From any reservation on the Room Calendar
1. From the Booking list
- From the main menu go to the Booking List:

- Locate the booking you would like to send a confirmation for, using the filter:

- Click on the "more action" button behind the reservation:

- A drop-down menu will appear, choose Send E-mail:

2. From the Booking Page:
- Go to More and select Send E-mail:

3. From any reservation on the Room Calendar:
- Go to Rooms via the main menu and click once on the booking you would like to send the confirmation for. Click on More:


- Click on Send E-mail :

From here on, the next steps are identical for each of these options:
- In the upcoming pop-up screen, the email address of the booker will be pre-filled. Edit this address if you want to send it to another email address. Include additional email addresses in the Cc and Bcc fields if desired.

- Select the appropriate template and language for your needs.

- To incorporate images or files, click on the icons located in the bottom left corner.

- You can easily customize the email template by clicking on the symbol provided below.

- You will receive a new pop-up featuring the template along with all available options for updates. Once you have made your selections and are ready to proceed, click on Send.
