Getting your hotel live in 4 weeks
WELCOME TO
Once you have been introduced to Noovy, our onboarding specialists will work closely with you. You will be partnered with a dedicated account manager who serves as your main point of contact throughout the onboarding process and beyond. He, or she will guide you through setting up and reviewing your Noovy account, provide training sessions, and connects you with your preferred online travel agencies.
The Onboarding Process in 5 steps
The onboarding process is designed to be completed within four weeks, provided all necessary requirements are met and your property is prepared to go live on the agreed date.
The onboarding process divided into 5 steps from kick-off to going live:
1. Kick-off call - ⏰Scheduled directly after the contract is signed
- Fully understand your wishes, goals, expectations and requirements
- Confirm and agree on your go-live date
- Answer any of your questions
2. Setting up your hotel - ⏰ within 7 days after your introduction call
- Property information
- Room type information
- Rate plans
- Hotel taxes
- Booking Engine setup
- Stripe setup
3. Training -⏰ 7-14 days before live date
We provide two complimentary 2-hour training sessions, via Zoom.
*If you require additional training, you may schedule them with one of our onboarding team members for a fee of € 50 per 2 hour session. On-site training can be requested, but additional fees may apply.

4. Importing Bookings -⏰ 0-10 days before live date
Our onboarding team will import bookings from your old systems and channels.
*Some Booking Channels can only be imported on live date.
5. Going Live - 😀
- On the live date our onboarding team will connect your hotel to all the channels and systems your hotels uses, such as Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB. These connections must be established on your live date, as each website can only link to one system at a time.
- On your live date, you will participate in several calls with our onboarding team to ensure the transition runs smoothly.
- If you would like an onboarding expert to be present at your property, this service can be arranged based on availability and incurs an additional fee.
