The Channel Report Explained

The Channel report shows booking and revenue data for each channel guests used to book with your property, giving you a clear overview of which channels generate the most bookings. This article teaches you how to manage the report.

The Channel report can be found from the main menu under Reports:

 

  • Select the date range for the period you would like to view the data:

 

The channel report columns explained:

RMNS - Room Nights: Total room nights booked at your property through this channel. 

RM MIX% - Percentage of total room nights: Shows the share of bookings each channel represents.

REV - Room Revenue: Revenue generated per room, for this specific channel. 

ADR - Average Daily Rate for each channel: The room revenue divided by room nights.

 

  • Apply filters to narrow down the report data in the Filter feature:

The criteria are Booking Date, Stay Date and Market segment:

 

💡Tip:

Each hotel has it's own market segments configured.
