The Housekeeping Planner Report explained

The Housekeeping Planner report provides a comprehensive overview of upcoming activities, enabling housekeeping managers to efficiently allocate staffing needs for each day, and be able to determine the supply needs.

 

  • Find the Housekeeping Planner report in the main menu under Reports:

 

  • Select the period you would like to view in the date range bar:
  • View the data on events such as Departures, Arrivals, Stay Overs and the Total Sold per day:

  • View the number of rooms applicable and the number of guests involved:

  • Export the report via the export button:
