All tabs explained:
- ID - The number that is unique to the product:

- Title - The name of the product:

- Affected By - This will allow you to have another product affect the price:
In the below screenshot you see that the Deluxe Double room Is affected by Standard Single by €20. so if Standard Single is set to 400 euro, The Double automatically becomes €420. In principle this can be done for any product:

- Account Name - If your account manages multiple properties, you can select a specific property to search for the product within its inventory:

- Base Price - The base price represents the minimum amount you wish to set for a product. When adding a product to a guest’s room bill, this amount is used by default unless you adjust it during posting.
For rooms, the base price is recommended to be set high, as nightly rates are determined, set manually and managed through the rate calendar. This higher base price acts as a safeguard, ensuring rooms are not offered at unexpectedly low rates if nightly prices haven not yet been set in the rate calendar:
- Base Qty - Base quantity determines how many products are in stock/inventory. *Please note that the system does not keep stock of products.
Room availability, however, works differently—it's directly impacted by reservations (whether made or cancelled), as well as any manual adjustments carried out in the Rate Calendar:
- Start Date - As off what date is the product sellable:

- End Date - Until what date is the product sellable:

- Status - Whether the product is currently active or inactive:

- Edit - Amend the product details by clicking om the pen icon:

- Rows per page - Choose how many products you would lie to see in your window:
