To know what cancelation policy is applicable to each booking, for example because you want to know if the booking can be cancelled free of charge, there is a quick way to look it up in NOOVY.
In the booking list (via the menu on the left of your screen) choose the booking of which you would like to know if it is refundable or non-refundable.

In each booking line a small icon of a Dollar sign in an arrowed circle will be shown: 
A green sign means this booking is (still) Refundable.
A red sign means that the free cancelation period has been exceeded and no refund can be granted:
