    • Support for 16 languages (including English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Russian)

    • Early check-in feature
    • Check-out, including keycard return*

 

KIOSK RECEPTION STANDARD

The core advantage of the standard is its total integration. By automatically encoding and issuing keycards on the spot, the system eliminates friction to ensure a swifter, more fluid arrival.
  • The Kiosk reception standard is crafted from robust, sophisticated materials, ensuring both durability and a refined aesthetic. 

    The standard comes fully equipped with the following integrated features:

    • 18-inch touchscreen with built-in Windows computer
    • Card dispenser (up to 200 keycards)
    • Integrated keycard encoder
    • Payment terminal
    • ID scanner

  • The Noovy Kiosk offers comprehensive compatibility, integrating seamlessly with all lock providers supported by the platform, such as:

    • Noovy Locks

SEAMLESSLY CONNECTED

  • The Noovy Kiosk is not a standalone system—it is a native part of the Noovy platform. This means everything is connected in real time:

    • Guest data is automatically synchronized
    • Check-in status is updated instantly
    • Access credentials (codes or keycards) are issued directly from the kiosk
    • A “Kiosk complete” tag is automatically added to bookings after check-in
    • Payments and upsells are processed within Noovy
    • Hotel teams have full visibility and control at all times
    • All kiosk configurations are managed centrally within Noovy

There is no need for separate systems or manual syncing—everything works as one.
