Getting your hotel live in 4 weeks

Once you have been introduced to Noovy, our onboarding specialists will jump right in to work closely with you. You will be paired with a dedicated account manager—your go-to contact throughout the onboarding process and beyond. They will guide you through your account setup and review, host your training sessions, and help connect you with your preferred online travel agencies.

The Onboarding Process in 5 steps

The onboarding process is broken down into 5 clear steps, from the initial kick-off all the way to going live. It is designed to be completed within four weeks—provided all requirements are met and your property is ready to go live on the agreed date.

 

1. Kick-off call - ⏰Scheduled directly after the contract is signed

The goal of this call is to:

  • Fully understand your wishes, goals, expectations and requirements
  • Confirm and agree on your go-live date
  • Answer any of your questions

2. Setting up your hotel - ⏰ within 7 days after your introduction call

Our onboarding specialists will thoroughly review and confirm the accuracy of all system-related settings, including:

  • Property information
  • Room type information  
  • Rate plans  
  • Hotel taxes
  • Booking Engine setup
  • Stripe setup
  • Desired inegrations

3. Training -⏰ 7-14 days before live date. We provide two complimentary 2-hour training sessions, via Zoom.

 

If you require additional training, you may schedule them with one of our onboarding team members for an additional fee to the two free including training sessions. On-site training can be requested upon availability, and additional fees apply.

4. Importing Bookings -⏰ 0-10 days before live date

Our onboarding team will import bookings from your previous system and channels.

Please note: Some Booking Channels  can only be imported on live date.

5. Going Live - 😀

  • On your live date, our onboarding team will connect your hotel to all your active channels and systems, such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb. These connections must be established on the actual live date, as each platform can only be linked to one system at a time.
  • On your live date, you will participate in several calls with our onboarding team to ensure the transition runs smoothly.
  • If you would like an onboarding expert to join you on-site at your property, we can certainly arrange this! This service is subject to availability and involves an additional fee.
