The quick booking view contains all information and actions for a specific booking. You can update, check in, and charge a guest with only one click.

You can open a quick booking view from the Room Calendar and Booking List

 

1. Booking Header Information

At the top of the booking page, you'll find all the essential booking details.

  • Booking Number: This is Noovy's unique booking number and helps you quickly locate and track specific bookings.
  • Tags: Tags are utilized to signal to colleagues when a booking has specific requirements or considerations that need attention.
  • Color: We use default colors for the allocation on the Room Calendar, but you can personalize the booking with different colors. 
  • Creation Date & Time: See when the booking was created in Noovy.
  • Tasks Button: Access and manage tasks associated with this booking, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Notes: Add internal notes for staff regarding specific guest preferences, requests, or any other relevant information.
  • Company: Associate or manage the booking with a company profile if the booking is for business purposes.
  • More: Under More, you have extra options. 
    • Add File: In this section, you have the option to locate or upload files pertinent to the booking.
    • Send E-mail: Use and edit Templates to send E-mails to the guests. 
    • See History: Review the History logs to track any updates made to the booking.
    • Edit Tags: Update or remove the current Tags. 
    • Duplicate Booking: To replicate the existing booking details and create a new booking.
    • Registration Form: To modify or print the registration form, you will also have access to the online check-in service.

2. Channel, Reference Information and Booker Details

This section provides insights into the booking's origin and easily views and manages information about the individual who made the booking.

  • Channel: Identify where the booking originated, such as Expedia, Booking.com, or your direct booking engine.
  • Reference Number: This is the unique ID assigned to the booking by the respective channel.
  • Booker Name: The name of the person who made the booking, with an option to edit if needed.
  • Status: Indicates whether the booking is confirmed, pending, or canceled.

 

3. Remarks

Keep track of important information and special requests related to the booking.

  • Remarks: View brief remarks or annotations associated with the booking, such as notes on payment issues or special circumstances.

4. Room Assignment and Details

This section provides a comprehensive overview of the assigned room and guest information.

  • Room Number and Type: See the assigned room number and type (e.g., "Deluxe Twin Kamer - Room 214").
  • Guest Names: View the names of all guests associated with the booking.
  • State: Track the current status of the booking, such as "Checked In" "Arrived" or "No Show".
  • Meal Plan: View or manage the meal plans for the booking (e.g., BB - Bed & Breakfast).
  • Stay Dates: See the arrival and departure dates, with the ability to modify them if necessary.
  • Room Management Buttons:
    • Change Room: Easily switch the guest to a different room.
    • Reallocate: Reassign guests to alternative rooms within the booking.
    • Check-In/Check-Out Buttons: Quickly perform check-in and check-out procedures.

 

5. Billing Section

Manage all financial aspects of the booking in one place.

  • Balance: View the outstanding balance on the booking.
  • Billing Entries: Access a detailed list of transactions, including proformas, payments, and any additional charges.
  • Add Extras / Charge: Add extras and charge to the room, either manually or through integrated payment gateways.
  • See Extras/Billings: Review all extras added to the booking and access detailed billing documents.
