How do I add comments to a reservation?

Communication is the key to success in any organisation. Hotel guest experience starts with good communication, both externally and internally. Providing necessary information about any aspect of a booking, or the concerning guest, is essential.

Adding comments to the booking for all users to read can be done in two ways in Noovy.

  1. Via the booking list (Or when finding the booking via the booking filter: See article "How do I search a booking" ) via the "More Action" button.

  • The pop up will give you several options, choose Comments  
  • You can add the comment when you hit the Plus sign (+)
  • Hit Save and the comment will be added

2. Adding comments via the opened booking page:Comm

  • Open the booking (see how in the article "How do I open a booking?")
  • Hit Comments on the right-hand side of the page
  • The same pop-up appears as when adding a comment via the "more action" button
  • Write a comment and hit Save
