Communication is the key to success in any organisation. Hotel guest experience starts with good communication, both externally and internally. Providing necessary information about any aspect of a booking, or the concerning guest, is essential.
Adding comments to the booking for all users to read can be done in two ways in Noovy.
- Via the booking list (Or when finding the booking via the booking filter: See article "How do I search a booking" ) via the "More Action" button.
- The pop up will give you several options, choose Comments
- You can add the comment when you hit the Plus sign (+)
- Hit Save and the comment will be added
2. Adding comments via the opened booking page:
- Open the booking (see how in the article "How do I open a booking?")
- Hit Comments on the right-hand side of the page
- The same pop-up appears as when adding a comment via the "more action" button
- Write a comment and hit Save
