Access Rate Plans

Navigate to Settings > Rate Plans in the left-hand panel.

On the Rate Plans page, locate and click the +New Rate button to open the rate plan creation panel on the right-hand side.
Configure the Rate Plan
The rate plan creation panel allows you to define the details and settings for the new rate plan. Follow these steps to configure it:

Name the Rate Plan:

Enter a descriptive name for the rate plan in the provided field.

Parent Rate Dependency (if applicable):

Specify if the rate plan is affected by an existing (parent) rate plan.

Choose whether the adjustment is by an absolute amount or a percentage.

Editable Rates Toggle:

Enable or disable the toggle to determine if rates can be modified in the calendar plan.

Additional Settings and Options:

Child Rates: Configure rates for children, if applicable.

Booking Status or Release Period: Set the booking status (e.g., open or closed) and define any release periods.

Manual Booking Options: Choose whether the rate plan allows Manual Booking or Manual Group Booking.

Guest Information: Specify any required guest information for bookings under this rate plan.

Minimum and Maximum Length of Stay: Define the minimum and maximum stay durations for the rate plan.

Applicable Products: Select the products (e.g., room types or services) to which the rate plan applies.

Included Items/Packages: Indicate if the rate plan includes specific items or packages.

Payment Type: Choose between Post-Paid or Pre-Paid (note: pre-paid is used exclusively for non-refundable rate plans).

Save the Rate Plan:

After configuring all settings, click Save to create and apply the rate plan.
