Accessing the Payment Report
The Payment Report provides a detailed overview of all financial postings related to payments and refunds — whether processed through a payment gateway, credit card terminal, or manually posted.
At the top of the report, you’ll find a summary of the total payments received within your selected time period (adjustable using the start and end date selectors in the top-right corner). The summary also includes a breakdown by payment method, such as credit card, payment terminal (gateway), cash, and others.
This report is particularly useful for:
-
End-of-shift reconciliation (e.g. by front desk staff)
-
General financial overviews
-
Auditing and back-office reporting
The report can be exported to PDF or Excel for external use or documentation.
