The Dashboard explained
The Dashboard is the first page you will see after logging in to your PMS. Designed for quick insight, it provides a clear overview of your hotel’s current operational status at a glance. Whether you need up-to-date key figures for Front Office, Housekeeping, or F&B meal plans, the Dashboard delivers essential information—making it the ideal starting point for your day.
You can access the Dashboard at any time:
- At the top of the Main Menu you will find the Dashboard tab, when it opens it will state the name of the user at the left hand top corner, and the current date on the right hand top corner:

The Dashboard explained per section:
Availability and Occupancy Section
This section provides your property’s occupancy rate for the current week, measured from yesterday onward.
💡Tip:

- All active rooms, along with a daily breakdown of the available rooms to sell.
- The Occupancy in percentages, reflecting the proportion of rooms occupied at your property.
- MTD (Month to Date) - The availability of the room throughout the month (calculated by dividing the number of occupied rooms by the total number of rooms) and the average occupancy in percentages of the past month.
- Graph - Presents a 30-day occupancy overview, with the vertical axis displaying the number of rooms.
By hovering your cursor over the occupancy bars, you can view the exact number of rooms sold and the occupancy percentage for each specific day:
- See Full Report - You will be redirected to the Availability Report, which is also accessible from the main menu under Reports:

New Bookings Section
Shows you the total number of bookings created over the past 30 days, clearly segmented by the most frequently used booking channels, manual bookings, and other sources.

Daily events Section
Shows you the current expected arrivals, in-house, departures and yesterday's no- shows.

*Clicking the arrow
next to each event will take you directly to the corresponding report, in a new window, where you can explore detailed information about that event.
- Total per event on the current day.
- Total still expected for that day - The In House uncompleted profiles indicates the number of guest profiles that still need details to be filled out.
Housekeeping Section
Gives the Housekeeping department direct insight to the number of clean, dirty, OOO (Out of Order) and OOS (Out of Service) rooms.

- Click on the arrow
to open the Housekeeping Report, which will open in a new window.
Meal Plans Section
Displays all meal plans scheduled for today and tomorrow, offering the F&B team clear visibility to anticipate staffing and inventory needs for the upcoming day.

Tasks and Requests Section
Start your day by viewing your tasks, tasks requests or view the tasks status you have assigned to others.

Tasks
- Tasks By Me - Displays a list of tasks that you have created.
- To Me - Shows tasks that have been assigned to you by other users.
- Task Count - Each tab displays a number, indicating how many tasks are currently in that category.
- All Tasks -Offers a unified overview of all tasks within the property, regardless of creator or assignee. Click on the arrow
to open a new window with all tasks. - Task Filter - Use the filter buttons (By Me, To Me) to quickly view specific types of tasks:

- Task Information - Each task is displayed with its ID number, a brief description, and any associated icons or indicators.
Requests
- Requests: This tab displays any pending requests that require your approval. Click the "Accept" button to approve a request:

- To-do: This tab shows a list of tasks or actions that you need to complete:
