A booking page in Noovy consists of several sections. Each section is created to view and amend certain details of a booking.
The Allocation section will show you:
- The room number, or, if not allocated, a door symbol
- The arrival date
- The departure date
- The number of nights
- The type of room
- The state of room (Arrival, In House, Stayed, No-Show)
- The amount of people in the room
- On arrival date: the Check-in button, on departure date the Check-out button will be activated
- The Reallocate button
- The view/ more button to enter the allocation section
When hitting the view/more button you will be able to enter the Allocation section and view or edit:
- Add room (new group)
- Change room (type) (*See article: "How do I change a roomtype in an excisting reservation?" to learn more)
- Registration form - view and/or print the registration form in order to retrieve signature form guest. Here you are also able to check if the guest has filled out their details via the "online check in". You can also use this to update the details yourself before printing out the registration form. - Add item - Add any item to the booking that has been set up (i.e. Parking, extra bed, late check-out etc.)
- Allocate - Assign a room number here. Changing room number can also be done here.
- Edit button - Clicking on this button will enable you to edit the following:
- Add Room (new Group)
- Change prices - per day
- Add Person - Add as many persons as room allows
- Remove Person
- Change dates - Mind you to start with amending the departure date first before you change arrival date
- Choose new status - for example choosing Cancel will cancel the reservation
- Set Cancellation Term - Choose either what cancelation terms are applicable to the chosen Rate plan, or make the booking non refundable immediately
