The Housekeeping Planner Explained

The Housekeeping Planner provides a comprehensive overview of upcoming activities, enabling housekeeping managers to efficiently allocate staffing levels for each day and determine supply requirements.

 

Staffing

Proactively manage labor costs and prevent coverage gaps by monitoring the housekeeping planner. Use these insights to downsize during quiet periods or scale up staffing to meet the demands of high-occupancy dates.

Inventory & Stock

Maintain optimal stock levels for cleaning supplies and guest amenities by cross-referencing the housekeeping report. This ensures you can anticipate usage rates and prevent shortages before they impact service.
 

 

Creating the report:

 

  • Find the Housekeeping Planner report in the main menu under Reports:

 

  • Select the period you would like to view in the date range bar:
  • View the data on events such as Departures, Arrivals, Stay Overs and the Total Sold per day:

  • View the number of rooms applicable and the number of guests involved:

  • Export the report via the export button to create a PDF or Exelsheet
