Online Check-In

Faster check-in, for guests and hoteliers.

 

Using our online check-in allows guests to complete the check-in even before they arrive at the hotel.

The guests can complete the mandatory information and payment, all in their own language. This is convenient for the guests and saves time for the hotel reception by reducing check-in time by over 90%!

The online check-in link can be send to guests by email prior to arrival, this can be setup in the Email Settings.

1. Language Selection: 

Upon accessing the online check-In, the system will prompt for language selection. Automatically the language of the guest will be selected, but it's always possible to adjust:

The guest can then press "Get Started" to proceed.

2. Completing the Online Check-In Process

The next step involves updating guest details: 

  1. Entering information for each guest within the concerning reservation.
  2. Accepting the terms and conditions.
  3. Providing a digital signature.

3. Choose a payment option:

  • Pay Now: This option allows for immediate payment by credit card, Ideal, Paypal, etc.
  • Pay Later: This option permits completion of the check-in process without immediate payment.
